Schools & High Schools

Children (up to 11 years old)

Sophrology is adapted to children because it is practised like a game, helping them to blossom.

From an early age, Sophrology can be beneficial for :

  • Relaxing and recharging your batteries
  • Developing attention and concentration
  • Coping with stress (moving house, birth of another child in the household, divorce, anxiety at school, pressure to succeed at school, etc.)
  • Improving sleep
  • Managing your emotions better
  • Daring to express your feelings

Teenagers (aged 11 to 18)

Adolescence is a period of transition not always free of turmoil. Sophrology can help ease the transition from childhood to adulthood through a number of ways :

  • Learning to regain self-confidence
  • Accepting the transformation of your body
  • Improving relationships with others
  • Developing your abilities: attention, concentration, memory
  • Preparing for an exam
  • Managing your emotions better
  • Daring to express your feelings.

If you’re a head of a school, an educational manager or a teacher, don’t hesitate to let me know (either by phone or by email) about your requests or queries, and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

    Homes for the elderly

Sophrology is an effective method of helping seniors to age well, particularly in retirement homes and senior residences.

The practice of sophrology also helps them to accept the effects of ageing and learn to live in harmony.

SOPHROLOGY HAS MANY BENEFITS FOR THE SENIORS ENABLING THEM TO IMPROVE THEIR DAILY LIVES BY

    • Teaching them to breathe more easily and relax
    • Helping them to get a better-quality sleep
    • Inviting them to get back in touch with their 5 senses so they can savour the taste of life
    • Helping them reactivate happy memories
    • Enabling them to use and maintain their memory
    • Giving them the opportunity to be and remain active in their own lives: autonomy, responsibility, dignity.

Of course, these examples are not exhaustive !

My aim as a sophrologist is to provide you with personalised support to best meet your needs.
